Down the road there are two convenience shops, a pharmacy, a butcher, green grocer and other shops. There is also a bus stop down the road. The block consists of two maisonettes, six apartments and two penthouses. The apartment is newly built and has never been lived in and all the furniture and appliances are brand new. The apartment has two bathrooms, with the main bathroom being bigger than the spare but they are both fully equipped with showers. In the main bedroom there is a double bed, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a desk. There is a small walk in wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with a balcony and a 12BTU A/C. The spare bedroom has two single beds which can also be put together seamlessly to form a double bed, one bedside table, a desk, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. This bedroom is also equipped with a balcony and a 12 BTU A/C. As discussed the apartment is still quite bare as I am in the process of buying curtains etc and therefore by the time the apartment is rented these would also be ready.
