Welcome to JK Properties privacy policy. 

J&K Holdings Limited (“JK Properties”) having registered its office at level 1, Ferris Street, University Roundabout, Msida, MSD 1751, Malta, respects and are committed to protect your personal information.  

JK Properties is part of a group of companies under “J&K Holdings” which provides real estate services to clients, including assisting them in the sale, purchase and rental of real estate as well as providing other services related to real estate including property insurance, property management and boat chartering.

The aim of this Privacy Policy is to explain the legal basis on which we process your data, to inform you of how we will handle and protect your personal data when visiting, and inform you about your obligations, rights and legal safeguards that apply when processing your personal data. This all is in conjunction with our Cookie Policy that should be read.  

Your personal data provided to us will be processed and collected according with the Data Protection Act (Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) which was enacted on the 25th of May 2018.

How we collect your personal data

Personal data is any type of gathered information that can identify the identity of a living individual. Personal data which is anonymised is not considered personal data.

Contact information

When visitors sign up for our newsletter or leave comments on the site, we collect your personal data shown in both the contact forms. We also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Any information entered on one of our contact forms or newsletter will be given and stored by JK Properties. 


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content consists of videos, images, articles, etc. that may be found in the articles on this website. Embedded content from other websites may also be found and operates exactly the same way as our embedded content.

If you register on our website (if any), the information provided when creating a user profile will be indefinitely retained. Personal data rights
