Introduction

Welcome to JK Properties

J&K Group was initially established under the name J&K Properties in 1999 as the first Real Estate Company solely concentrated on letting properties in Malta & Gozo. The company is family run and is managed by two brothers, Kevin and Jeffrey Buttigieg, and their father, Joseph.

Over the years, the J&K Group has grown steadily and has diversified itself into Hotel Accommodation, Event Management, Car Leasing, and Property. In 2003 JK Holdings Limited was formed as the operating company of the property arm that holds the rights of the Master Franchise of RE/MAX Malta.

With a number of services to provide to their customers, the strategic decision of dividing the company into 3 divisions was made. These are J&K Corporate Services, J&K Properties and J&K Travel Services.
